I’m a wife and mother of 2 young boys, and I, know first hand how beautiful family life is, and how crazy it can also feel sometimes.
It isn’t always pretty, the mom guilt is too real sometimes, and it’s so easy to have days where I feel like I’m failing at everything. But I’ve been learning to show myself grace. A whole lot of it. And I’ve also been learning to stop focusing so much on the things that I can’t control, and focus on the things that I can.
As moms and wives, we’re doing the best that we can with what we have. Some days we don’t give ourselves enough credit for all that we do. And other days we know that we could possibly be doing things differently or in better ways, but we just don’t know how.
As women, we have our own goals, dreams, insecurities, and personal struggles.
And it can all feel like A LOT sometimes.
So on the blog, you’ll find a lot of heart to hearts, from one mom, wife, and woman to another. And you’ll find tips, encouragement, and advice based on my own experiences in motherhood, my married life and my journey through womanhood.
Mom life, married life, personal development and becoming the woman you are destined to be….it’s all a journey.
It’s too big of a journey to walk alone.
And that’s my why for starting this blog. I’m here to be that friend in your corner to walk this journey with you. And hopefully, some part of what I share here, will help you as you navigate your own life adventure.
So if you’re a mom, married, trying to practice self-love and grow as a woman, or all of the above, I am right there with you! And it is not easy. But these days I’m giving myself room to grow and thrive, and grace to make mistakes along the way. I encourage you to do the same.
I hope that with the stories, tips, resources, prayers, and encouragement I share here, you’ll feel more confident wearing all of the hats that you wear, and that you’ll be more gentle with yourself as you navigate it all. I also hope that you feel like you’ve found someone you can relate to, so you know that you’re not alone. Because girl, we are in this together!
I’m so glad you stopped by, and I hope you stick around and join me on this journey!
